In these special free seminars, you will get a brief orientation on the history of BJJ and then you will learn several techniques from Gracie Combatives (ages 13+) or Gracie Bullyproof (ages 6-12), the world’s leading BJJ programs for beginners and kids.

Yes! Please register in advance of the seminars using one of the links above. Space is limited and fills up fast, so be sure to secure your spot through our online registration process!
Attire: Please wear comfortable athletic clothing (no shorts or tank tops) and all black or dark colors if possible. Wear clothing with no pockets or zippers. Come in shoes that are easy to take on and off. Please leave jewerly (earrings, watches, necklaces, rings, etc) at home.
You can bring water and enthusiasm to learn BJJ!
